I highly recommend working with L.A.D.S. for any mold remediation. We discovered a fairly large amount of mold in one of our closets and were directed towards L.A.D.S. from our search through Angi. Danielle followed up immediately and offered to come out for a free estimate right away. They quoted us a number and stuck to it throughout the process, even when some unforeseen issues arose. It turned out our whole attic needed to be treated, not just our closet. The work was done professionally, taking extra care to clean up the area so we could return to the home as soon as possible. We had filed an insurance claim for our issue, and anyone who's ever had to work with insurance knows it can be quite a process. Danielle graciously coordinated with our adjustor, truly going above and beyond for us. We had no idea what to do when we found mold in our home. But Danielle and her team at L.A.D.S. reassured us and worked with us throughout the entire process, even referring us to other professionals to help us finish the job. If you find mold in your home, L.A.D.S. is the way to go!

From response time to on-time arrival at my scheduled appointment and the excellent completion of the job. L.A.D.S Western Division LLC is the company to contact for your mold inspection and recovery concerns. I'm happy with their professionalism, prices estimated and charged. If you're serious about maintaining your house, call L.A.D.S Western Division LLC.

Absolutely fantastic. Called came next day, gave estimate and started work. Coordinated with an insulation company and work was completed in two days. Highly recommend this company for any mold remediation you have. Work was done right, fast, and reasonable cost. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

We had LADS out after a basement flooding issue, and they were professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable throughout the process. They explained what needed to be done, showed up when they said they would, and worked thoroughly to get everything handled properly. Their communication and attention to detail helped make a stressful situation much more manageable. I would confidently recommend them.

My garage and shed had water damage and mold growing. I had them come out and asked them if they could help clear out the mold and seal my garage and shed to prevent more future mold. They were extremely helpful and they even squeezed me into their schedule because I needed it done right away. I was very impressed by their quality of work and by how quickly they got the job done. I was also quite sick when they were doing the job for me and they went out of their way to bring me a care package. They are a wonderful couple. They do their job properly and you can tell they care about their clients.

They were both very helpful, patient and did exactly what I asked. They were on time, finished the job quickly and they even came back to do my floor (free of charge) because I forgot to add it to the job request at first. I was very impressed with their level of professionalism and their quality of work. I could tell that they cared about my needs and I would definitely call them again for any future problems.

If you have flood damage like we did, I highly recommend Danielle's company L.A.D.S. We did not know anything about water damage, mold or remediation methods, but Danielle definitely does and took the time to explain everything. She and her team were very collaborative and creative in decisions we needed to make about walls, doors, doorframes and custom cabinetry. Her team was very professional, careful as they dissembled and moved things including cabinets and a very heavy pot bellied stove. They dried the rooms thoroughly, sanitized them and left the spotless. I highly recommend this company.
